Two Bundle's of Joy Blog Hop

Good Morning, Everyone!!

Welcome the Two Bundle's of Joy Blog Hop. This is just a one day hop, but it's filled with super cute and adorable baby projects for Nicolette's cousin - she's expecting twins! First, I want to congratulate her cousin on the new additions. I know they're so super excited.

If you have come from Michele's Blog, then you're on the right track. If you just happened upon this post, be sure to head back to Nicolette's blog and hop from the beginning.

Here is the complete line up just in case you get lost along the way.

Now, let's get on to my layout(s). Before I do that, though, I have to apologize as I did not get my second page finished. I was working it on yesterday evening and my paper trimmer broke on me (I guess that's cause I had just asked all my Facebook Friends which one they prefer, as I was looking for a new one). I think I jinxed myself! So, the layout you see is the boy version, but I will have the same one in a girl version too. It'll be a tad bit different, but the same theme.

So here it is...

I used paper piecing patterns from Scraptastical Kreations and the DCWV "All Boy" stack (I thinkt hat's the name) and some hemp twine I had. I really like how this one came out.

Now, be sure to head on over to Erica's Blog, and see what she has to share with all of you. Thank you so much for hopping along with us!

As Always - Gettin' Scrappy with It,

Kristy

Fun in the Sun Blog Hop

Welcome to the Fun In The Sun Beach Blog Hop, brought to you by the fabulous design teams of Made Especially For You and Digi Haven

These two design teams have joined together to create some fun in the sun beach-themed projects! Inspired by the concept of the Digi Haven challenge blog, all of our creations we have for you today we're made using free digis!

If you came from  Candice's blog, you're in the right place!
If you just came across the hop and would like to start at the beginning, please visit Ashley's blog, Made Especially For You

Now on to my project

For this card I used a free digi from Dearie Dolls Digis. The digi I chose to use had the cute little boy standing in front of a pool, but because he was headed to the beach, I cut the pool out from behind him.
The die-cuts in the background are SVG's from my store, Scraptastical Kreations. I used plain white, tan and blue cardstock.

We have some wonderful sponsors giving away prizes for those who comment on each stop of the hop! Let's see what they have to offer...

$25 Gift Certificate

$15 Gift Certificate

$20 Gift Certificate

3 images of the winner's choice

You must comment on every stop of the hop to be eligible to win a prize. Hoppers have through Sunday July 15th to comment. Winners will be randomly chosen and announced on Made Especially For You on Tuesday July 17th.

Your next stop is Dana's blog

Here's the entire lineup in case you get lost along the way:

Happy Hopping! :)

Cameo Creations - Anything Goes Challenge

I absolutely love every other Thursday. You wanna know why?? Because it's the Cameo Creations challenge reveal day! I LOVE to see what all the girls have created and share my project with everyone as well.

This week's challenge is an ANYTHING GOES challenge. Waaahooo... there is SO much free reign with an anything goes challenge, that you can let your creative mind run wild. Wait a second... there is one requirement - you MUST use your Silhouette Cameo in some way!

This week's challenge is being sponsored by Monica, which is a $10 GC to Michael's. Who couldn't use that GC to shop for some goodies?! I sure could and I'm sure you could too!! When you enter your creation over on the Cameo Creations Challenge Blog, you will be entered to win that awesome GC! How fun, right?? Well... what are you waiting for?? Get your project linked up HERE

Now, let's take a peek at my project this week. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE me some anything goes challenges. It gives me an opportunity to catch up on my own layouts. I hardly EVER scrap for myself anymore, so I try to take any chance I can to scrap a photo here and there for myself.

I was flipping through my box of photos to see just what sparked my creativity, and this photo was it. It is my most favorite photo of my two boys together. They were best buds (in this photo), and I truly miss them being this way. Now that they are MUCH older, 12 and 13, all they like to do is bicker, argue, and fight. I miss these days were they were actually friends, instead of enemies. That sums up what my journaling says too.

For this layout I used the following
Coredinations Cardstock
Chatterbox Inc. Scrapbook Walls Patterned Paper
(this paper is SO very old!!)

Don't forget to head on over and get your layout linked up. You don't want to miss out on the awesome Michael's GC!

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope I have inspired you in some way.

For the Love of Pink Blog Hop

Welcome to the 2nd annual For the Love of Pink blog hop!
Today you will be graced with projects in ALL pink! How fun, right? I hope you sit back, relax, and enjoy all fabulous projects through out the hop.

You should have come from  Linda's Blog - if so, you're on the right track. If not, please head back to Gill's blog and start hopping from the beginning.

Now, let's take a peek at my project.

For this card I used pink bling, pink cardstock, and pink DCVW patterned paper. I had a lot of fun creating this pink card. It was a bit of a challenge getting all the "right" pinks so that it would all flow well together. Sorry, but I didn't have any pink ink, lol.

I hope my card has inspired you in some way today. Now, be sure to head on over to Lisa's blog and she what fabulous pink project she has to share with you.

Here is the complete line up in case you get lost along the way.
